  1. We discovered bites on us a couple of weeks after returning from a trip, we didn’t know what it was but heard it could be bed bugs. We called Viking and had their bed bug dog inspect. The handler was nice and the dog alerted to two spots in our bedroom.
    We were a wreck. I don’t wish bed bugs on anyone, but Viking came out and provided service. Since then we haven’t had any issues, and they even came back out a couple weeks later.

    Their staff was excellent. I hope I never have to deal with those bugs ever again.

  2. Rich came out when I switched services. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He explained the service and gave me a quote. I signed the contract and the next day Anthony came out and checked for active termites and placed the termite stations . He was thorough and pleasant. So easy, so quick. Five Star!

  3. I recently switched to Viking Exterminators for termite protection with a contract. They were professional , friendly and thorough. About two weeks later a mouse ran across my family room carpet while I was watching TV. Needless to say I called them right away for mouse control and they came out quickly. Apparently I had a mouse community in my crawl space so several visits were necessary to eradicate the problem. The mice are gone now and I have had no more visitors in my family room. Many thanks to the care and persistence of the Viking service men. So glad I switched.

  4. I’ve been a customer of Vikings for 3 years now, and I have to say that you could not ask for a better service.
    Every technician is super professional, very knowledgeable, will always answer any questions you have and will go out of their way to help you, from scheduling appointments to going though the treatment.
    Their answering customer service can be not as great sometimes, but if you don’t let that bother you, you’ll get the best technicians you could ever ask for.
    Rob Renzi is the technician that I deal with the most, and he is just simply great. But as I said, all of their technicians are fantastic.
