I like my technician. He is like family. He is wonderful, great to work with. He knows my center and the problems that we can expect to have here. He sets traps and is ready for the problems before they are problems. He knows how crazy busy I am. I don’t have to follow him around. I also like your sense of urgency. You are proactive. We had a problem at the center here and you were really helpful.

Hello, I called your customer service department to get your e-mail address. I just had to send you a quick note and tell you how pleased I was with the service that Dan provided to my home this morning. Not only is he a pure gentleman, he is a very interactive technician. Dan did a great job of explaining just what he was going to do and what I had to do as follow-up to a problem I have been having. As a previous Director of Sales and National Account for a very large pharmaceutical company, I really appreciated his knowledge and attitude. He represents Viking Pest Control extremely well. I’m not sure I can request Dan for all of my service calls, however, I can tell you that it is because of him that I will renew my contract in October. Having been in his shoes many years ago, I know that a pleasing to a supervisor is always welcomed. I just wanted to take a few minutes to send an e-mail to commend Dan for a job well done. Regards!
Hello, Hi, I’m writing to say that the gentleman you sent (Bill) did a very good job. The reason I chose Viking was that one of your experts in the field (with higher educational studies) came to the Abbott Child Care Program (BUF2) I teach at. Besides showing us a butterfly alphabet, half eaten through newspapers and many preserved insects (some rare), the lecturer held the children’s attention throughout the presentation. This is impressive considering there were 2 classes of jumpy 3-5 year olds present who normally sit in one area for 10-15 minutes. Anyway, I was so impressed that I called on Viking when I noticed bees were flying into my house. I would be more than happy to do a commercial for you based on my experience, which was great. The service man you sent was very knowledgeable and now I am not worried about any kind of pests getting into my home… A happy customer.
Frank Yost was wonderful…Informative, polite, patient in answering questions, thorough in his assessment and very respectful in his manner. I would just like to let you know how wonderful Viking has been in resolving our fly problem. They made numerous visits, even on their own time, and at times came at very off-peak hours, either when we were closing or opening, so they could get the best idea of what was going on when there was not a lot of customer traffic. They would then come by the next day to make sure everything was still ok. If it was not, they tried something new and then worked relentlessly until the issue was resolved. They were all courteous and professional, especially Craig and Bill. I feel they went above and beyond the call of duty in helping us to resolve this issue once and for all!
