As part of an ongoing effort to improve our services, we’ve upgraded our customer portal. Your account can now easily be managed from any device.Our NEW portal provides 24/7 access to view account information, run reports, request service, pay bills and more.

Signing up is easy. All you need is the phone number of the billing account number, along with your email address to verify your account and create a new password when you login for the first time.

New Portal Login

Multiple Viking Accounts with the same Bill-To Email Contact

If you have multiple location accounts with Viking, that have the same bill-to email address associated with each account, the online customer portal allows you to manage multiple Viking accounts in one place! To gain access to your multiple accounts within the customer portal, follow the instructions below to create your account. Once your account is created and verified, please call the Viking customer care center at 1-800-618-2847. A customer care center representative will then go into each of your accounts and “invite” each account to be part of your customer portal.

Step-By-Step Instructions to Create New Billing Account

    All Viking customers signing in to the portal for the FIRST time must select SIGN UP
  3. Email Step 3
    Enter either your phone number and bill-to email address, OR your billing account number and your bill-to email address and click “Submit”. IMPORTANT: Verification email may take up to (1) ONE hour to arrive to your inbox. Verification link expires (3) THREE days after arrival to your inbox.
  4. Email Step 4
    An email will be sent to your bill-to email address. Click the “Verify Account” button from the email you have received
  5. Email Step 5
    Create your account for the New Customer Connect Portal

    You have completed the registration process! Your new portal will look similar to this image.

  1. For invite sent by Viking, please call 1-800-618-2847 and request that the representative “invite” you to the new billing portal.
  2. Once you have been invited by the Viking representative, you will receive an email to your BILL-TO email address to verify the account
  3. Phone Step 3
    Click the “Verify Account” button from the email you have received. IMPORTANT: Verification email may take up to (1) ONE hour to arrive to your inbox. Verification link expires (3) THREE days after arrival to your inbox.
